- A meeting between client and Architect in Maclean office
- An on-site meeting
- Client writes a brief (A prompt brief sheet is available)
- An architectural Agreement is signed between client and architect. (Draft sample available upon request)
- A realistic cost estimate is advised by architect before signing Agreement.
- A survey of the site is provided by surveyor (details advised)
- WSAP provides in-house town planning and energy rating assessments enabling standard council requirements to be met for obtaining building approval.
